May this year be bright, happy, healthy and a peaceful one for all.  

I don't know about you but I always like to take it slow at this time of the year and to saver the cosy vibes of winter and reflection.  I also like to plant a few new 'idea seeds' to grow and bloom as the year unfolds... With that being said this year I am planning on recording and releasing a new album, touring with my lovely musical friend Lauren South, learning more about the healing effects of music and mindfulness and creating more art to inspire others.  Afterall life is about living and connecting with each other and the world around us in a positive way. I hope to inspire others to do the same and to help people grow their own confidence through creativity.
