Mindfulness Music
Becky offers music wellness sessions - mindfulness through live music. This is a unique and serene experience that requires nothing but a little time, space and an open mind. She invites participants to ‘press pause’ on their everyday stresses and pressures by allowing the sounds of music and nature to guide them into a calm and tranquil state of being.
Becky has run these popular wellness sessions at Orbit Wellbeing Festival as well as for teenagers Rika ACE CIC camp and for Ashfield Scouts camp.
