This time of the year allows me to catch up on some admin tasks and I'm super pleased to say that I've updated my Website - So please do take a browse when you can to see all that I can offer!
Mindfulness Music - Did you know that I offers music wellness sessions.
This is a unique and serene experience that requires nothing but a little time, space and an open mind. I invite participants to ‘press pause’ on their everyday stresses and pressures by allowing the sounds of music and nature to guide them into a calm and tranquil state of being.
I have run these popular wellness sessions at Orbit Wellbeing Festival as well as for a teenager Rika ACE CIC camp and for Ashfield Scouts camp.
