Now in it's 6th year, award winning Orbit Fitness & Wellbeing Festival is set in the stunning private estate of Hopton Court in South Shropshire. I will do something a little different this year… Join me for a calming meditative workshop in the stunning ‘Orangery’ where I will be performing a live meditative music session and guiding you through a relaxed and serene experience. Nothing is needed but an open mind, a yoga mat to lye on and maybe a blanket to make yourself super cosy. I want you to feel totally comfortable and at peace... take this time for yourself and relax.
